On the occasion there is some weird behaviour of the system, you can try to do a factory reset on the system. Before doing a factory reset, please make sure you have your activation code on hand.
- Go to Setting Menu – Choose Factory Reset
2. Press the RESET button to proceed. This will wipe off your customized settings and the system will automatically do a reboot after that.
3. After reboot, you may need to key in your activation key again to activate the features you purchased. Follow this article on how to activate the prime license. This process, however, is no longer needed since 2.1x firmware.
If factory reset doesn’t solve the issue, try to do a force recovery boot option instead.
