One common problem iMRS users faced occasionally is under the manual program the system cannot detect the presence of Exagon Spot only, but there is no problem in detecting all other hardware. Going to Applicator Overview Menu shows the system is able to detect the Exagon Spot correctly.

Possible reasons:

The system is in Basic License Mode. Meaning you have not activated the system correctly. This may happens if you do a firmware update, forced recovery boot, use with a different hardware connector box, or your connector box has a hardware issue that shows serial number as S000000 or 0000000. Please contact us if you are having a hardware issue, otherwise, the solution can be as simple as re-activate your Prime system with your activation code.
